When you call, you'll be asked about your product/service:

  1. What is the product/service you are offering?
  2. Who is/are your target market(s)?
  3. If more than one market, do you need segmented data? (For example, perhaps you are looking at a high-income target, but components of your product/service could also be targeted to other markets. Is it a product that has national appeal or local? Specific to certain industries?)
  4. What information do you need to learn about your product/service?
  5. What is your time frame? (For example, are you ready now to take your product to retailers/consumers? Is your release date for the product/service scheduled for a certain date? Is the product/service already being offered? Basically, how soon do you need the information?)
  6. If the product/service is already being offered, what are the problems you've experienced thus far that is making you consider a focus group?

We'll cover other items, too, so we can determine the best type of focus group for your needs. It could be that you just need basic answers and there are several ways to obtain this data or it could be that you are preparing to introduce your product/service via infomercial or commercials, in which case we highly recommend videotape sessions. (We offer alternatives to high-priced corporate facilities, but you still get the advantage of two-way mirrors and an imaginative setting.) We can also determine how many focus group participants are needed and whether a series of smaller groups or a one-time large-group session may be warranted.

Once we conduct your focus group, we collate the data and provide you with the answers you seek. It starts with a quick discussion of your needs. We cannot quote you a price here and now.
